- RMA must be used within 30 Days.
- Return ONLY the part(s) that Belluscura instructed you to return; they will not be responsible for lost parts.
- Returns must be adequately packaged and traceable.
- Belluscura does not provide return label(s) to the DME or patient.
NOTE: If the defective unit is not returned to Belluscura within 30 days of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), an invoice will be generated for the replacement unit if one has been issued.
