Supplier warrants within a period of 12 months from the date of manufacturing that Products for meters are of good quality (accessory parts are not included). Supplier is obligated to repair and/or replace Products during the warranty period, except for cases where the defect was caused by Buyer’s faults during the storage of Products and/or where the defect was caused by the customer’s misuse of Products.
