New KidZzzs® introduce industry’s first pre-cut pediatric NIV mask liners

CHICAGO, Ill. (July 30, 2026) — Sunset is proud to add KidZzzs® Pediatric Mask Liners to its product offerings, a unique and innovative respiratory care solution. KidZzzs are the industry’s first mask liners pre-cut specifically for pediatric non-invasive ventilation (NIV) masks to improve fit and comfort, support treatment and streamline providers’ workflow. KidZzzs liners are compatible with popular pediatric NIV masks.

 

Made in the USA and latex-free, KidZzzs mask liners were created to address a long-overlooked need in pediatric respiratory care. KidZzzs are the first mask liners precision-cut to fit pediatric NIV masks right out of the package, replacing the time-consuming practice of trimming generic wound care dressing to fit pediatric masks. And, KidZzzs attach directly to the mask, not the patient. Each KidZzzs liner’s tailored fit allows providers and caretakers to quickly and easily protect children’s skin and minimize air leaks. In addition to saving time, KidZzzs liners eliminate material waste from trimming oversized dressing.

 

Children receiving NIV therapy are at increased risk for skin irritation and pressure injuries as their delicate skin is exposed to prolonged mask use.
