Sunset to be Honored at Premier, Inc.’s Annual Supplier Innovation Celebration
Sunset Healthcare Solutions today announced that it will be honored during Premier, Inc.’s annual Supplier Innovation Celebration at the 2024 Breakthroughs Conference and Exhibition. The Innovation Celebration recognizes groundbreaking healthcare technologies that have been launched throughout the year and the ways these products are helping to improve the health of communities.
The Innovation Celebration is recognizing the Microflow Microdial Flowmeter. Developed in partnership with leading neonatal specialists, Microflow delivers precise, repeatable micro step flow changes for infants requiring supplementary oxygen. Using tiny incremental steps, Microflow enables a smooth transition to room air over several weeks or months of weaning—allowing infants to come home quicker. Its low flow rates achieve target saturation and wean with precision trusted by over 80% of National Health Service Trusts in England. Its ease of use enables effective and reliable care at home to help reduce hospital readmission rates.
